Job Description

ATI is seeking to hire a Senior Accountant to join our Finance Team. This position will be based in Natrona Heights, PA - supporting our Specialty Rolled Products business unit. As a Senior Accountant you will be a key contributor and leader within the accounting function. The primary responsibilities of this position includes balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close related duties and ensuring accurate accounting for project costs and fixed assets.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the Fixed Asset and Projects accounting functions
  • Review, analyze and process all capital asset disposal and capital asset transfer requests
  • Lead the lease accounting processes and ensure compliance with relevant standards
  • Perform month-end closing procedures
  • Participate in the preparation of the annual budgets for review by management and used in measuring, planning, and controlling business operations
  • Assist with the ADP payroll processing
  • Annual Tax Package preparation
  • Assist in preparation of documentation for internal/external audit requests and SOX compliance data

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3 years of relevant Accounting or Finance Experience

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of operations and/or experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working in Oracle ERP Systems
  • Previous experience in accounting related to financial, cost, and fixed assets policies, procedures, and regulations
