We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and outstanding individual with strong professional skills to join a fast-growing and dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for accounting and analytical functions to support business monitoring as well as the management decision-making.
Job Responsibility:
Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
Record and apply customer payments
Prepare monthly AR reports, aging schedules, and collection forecasts
Oversee dealer floorplan and retail financing programs with lending partners
Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and proper authorization
Record invoices and expenses in the accounting system
Maintain accurate accounts payable records and supporting documentation
Monitor accounts payable aging and ensure timely payments
Process employee expense reports in accordance with company policy
Performing account reconciliations and maintaining the general ledger
Complete month-end, year-end closing work in accordance with relevant closing schedule
Prepare management reports in accordance with group reporting requirements
Prepare analytical reports for periodic business performance review
Cashflow forecasting
Provide timely and accurate information for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, regulations, and financial standards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or an MBA are highly preferred
A minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury, credit control, or a similar role, with preference given to candidates with experience in the heavy equipment industry or a related field
Proficiency in ERP systems, with experience in SAP or Treasury Workstations considered a significant advantage
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management, financial teams, and external partners
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
