Job Description:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and outstanding individual with strong professional skills to join a fast-growing and dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for accounting and analytical functions to support business monitoring as well as the management decision-making.

Job Responsibility:

  • Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
  • Record and apply customer payments
  • Prepare monthly AR reports, aging schedules, and collection forecasts
  • Oversee dealer floorplan and retail financing programs with lending partners
  • Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and proper authorization
  • Record invoices and expenses in the accounting system
  • Maintain accurate accounts payable records and supporting documentation
  • Monitor accounts payable aging and ensure timely payments
  • Process employee expense reports in accordance with company policy
  • Performing account reconciliations and maintaining the general ledger
  • Complete month-end, year-end closing work in accordance with relevant closing schedule
  • Prepare management reports in accordance with group reporting requirements
  • Prepare analytical reports for periodic business performance review
  • Cashflow forecasting
  • Provide timely and accurate information for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, regulations, and financial standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or an MBA are highly preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury, credit control, or a similar role, with preference given to candidates with experience in the heavy equipment industry or a related field
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, with experience in SAP or Treasury Workstations considered a significant advantage
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management, financial teams, and external partners
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
