Job Description:

Our company is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing key accounting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and supporting financial planning and analysis. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and review monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
Oversee account reconciliations and general ledger operations
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
Support audits, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Lead process improvements and mentor junior team members
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA or progress toward certification preferred
3+ years of accounting experience, with a strong grasp of GAAP
Proficient in accounting software (Microsoft D365, Oracle NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Workday)
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Nice to have:

experience with PowerBI or SQL is a plus
