Job Responsibility:

Support clients with a variety of accounting and finance projects, including month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit preparation, and process improvement
Step into interim roles such as Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, Financial Analyst, or similar positions based on client needs
Help clients implement or optimize accounting systems and tools (e.g., ERP transitions, system clean-up, reporting improvements)
Provide hands-on subject-matter support while building strong client relationships across multiple industries
Collaborate with Robert Half leadership to match your skill set with upcoming engagements that support your professional growth

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
Proficiency in month-end close processes, general ledger management, and journal entries
Strong skills in account and bank reconciliations
Experience with accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
Solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Ability to adapt to diverse industries and client environments
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
