Job Responsibility:
Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant standards
Oversee budgeting processes and deliver detailed financial reports
Manage accounting for approximately 50 different funds, ensuring proper oversight and reconciliation
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address financial challenges and provide strategic insights
Conduct financial analyses and identify opportunities for process improvement
Apply critical thinking to resolve complex accounting issues effectively
Ensure compliance with audit requirements and assist in financial audits
Provide support for fund accounting operations, including reconciliations and reporting
Identify and implement best practices to enhance financial management processes
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, ideally in audit (public accounting) or corporate accounting
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation and review processes
Experience with fund accounting and financial reconciliations
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think critically
Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and departments
Demonstrated curiosity and problem-solving abilities in financial operations
