Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and supporting organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting expertise and a proactive approach to solving financial challenges.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and support the month‑end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial results
Prepare and review cash reconciliations across multiple accounts
Record and analyze accruals, prepaid adjustments, and other routine journal entries
Assist with revenue recognition activities and maintain a basic working knowledge of ASC 606
Support the preparation of financial reporting packages, internal management reports, and related schedules
Partner with FP& A to assist with budgeting and forecasting activities as needed
Maintain and improve accounting processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to investigate variances, resolve issues, and support business initiatives
Participate in audits by preparing supporting documentation and responding to auditor inquiries

Requirements:

Extensive experience with month-end close processes and financial reporting
Proficiency in managing general ledger activities and preparing journal entries
Strong ability to perform account and bank reconciliations efficiently
Solid understanding of revenue recognition principles and accounting standards
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes
Proven track record of supporting audits and maintaining compliance with internal controls
