Robert Half is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the organization’s financial strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting practices and demonstrate expertise in various financial systems.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards
Manage and track budgets, providing insights to support decision-making processes
Conduct audits to identify discrepancies and recommend improvements to internal controls
Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
Monitor and reconcile financial transactions to maintain accurate records
Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced accounting staff
Assist in forecasting and financial planning to align with organizational goals

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience in accounting functions, including AP, AR, and financial statement preparation
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
