Job Description

The Senior Account/Finance role supervises and manages financial operations for the Facilities Management Department, ensuring accurate invoice processing, budget preparation, and financial reporting while supporting operational management through comprehensive accounting and finance functions.

Job Responsibility

  • Supervise and verify daily and monthly invoices from suppliers and contractors, preparing summaries for approval
  • Arrange payments for bank signage tax and postage charges, providing spreadsheets allocated to respective cost centers
  • Allocate expenditure charges to relevant departments accurately and timely
  • Assist Operation Manager with budget preparation and tax planning for Facilities Management Department
  • Compile operational costs for finance charge-outs to associated companies and departments
  • Ensure PR/PO entries are posted to SAP system accurately according to Operation Management requirements
  • Assist in setup and processing of OPEX and CAPEX procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years experience in accounting field
  • Knowledge of computerized accounting systems, specifically SAP
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments
  • Good command of English language
  • Experience with financial reporting and month-end closing processes
  • Budget preparation and tax planning experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience in accounting field
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple financial processes simultaneously
