Senior accountant

• Monthly Closing: Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial closings and review of financial statements
• General Accounting: Manage accounting tasks, including accruals and detailed financial analysis
• Salaries and Staff Costs: Oversee salary allocations, staff cost accounting, and HR tax reporting compliance
• Accounts Payable: Ensure accurate and timely registration of AP invoices with proper documentation
• Capex Accounting: Maintain Capex records and control processes to monitor budgets and allocations
• Fiscal and Tax Reporting: Prepare and submit corporate fiscal and tax reports, ensuring full compliance
• Year-End Processes: Coordinate year-end accounts, manage audits, and ensure smooth financial reporting
• Chart of Accounts Maintenance: Maintain and update the chart of accounts, ensuring proper mapping for International Entities (IE)
• Accounting Policies: Develop and implement policies in line with IFRS and local GAAP requirements
• Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Perform and review reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Group Queries Support: Address queries from Group Finance and other stakeholders effectively

• 4-5 years of experience in a multinational company or audit firm
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, analytical, organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Able to handle tight deadlines and highly adaptable to changes in a dynamic environment
• Proven experience in accounting, with expertise in fiscal reporting, Capex, and year-end processes
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with maintaining and updating complex charts of accounts
• Experience in supporting group finance functions and managing audits
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and multitask effectively
• Prior experience in a multinational company or audit firm, 4-5 years

Prior experience in JDE financial system
