Are you a meticulous and proactive senior accounting professional looking for a dynamic role in a supportive environment? We're seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to join a growing finance department and contribute to the daily operations and strategic projects.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and post all accounting entries, including expenses, assets, income, and inventory purchases, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Handle invoicing processes, with a strong understanding and active involvement in MyDATA implementation and adherence to all related legal requirements
Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage accounts receivable and payable, including supporting payment processing
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records for all company contracts
Assist in the preparation of various tax declarations (VAT, VIES) and support the compilation of monthly and yearly financial statements (Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet)
Provide crucial support during the statutory annual group audit and contribute to ad-hoc accounting and finance projects as needed

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in a similar role
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail
A positive attitude with excellent organizational skills
Ability to thrive both independently and as a collaborative team member
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
Foundational knowledge of tax principles
Proficiency in ERP accounting software (experience with Softone is a plus)
Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
