Robert Half Full-time Engagement Professionals are currently hiring for a Senior Accountant. As a Sr. Accountant, you need to be a self-starter who has the ability to multi-task effectively. Job Responsibility:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Manage journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments to ensure accuracy of financial records
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements
Full process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Collaborate with finance leadership to develop and manage budgets
Provide variance analysis and assist in forecasting financial outcomes

Requirements:

4+ years' experience preferred
Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel (VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables preferred)
Experience with 2 or more ERPs are preferred
Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills are essential
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, SAGE or Microsoft Dynamics
Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and formulas
Strong analytical skills and financial reporting capabilities
Possess strong skills in Account Reconciliation and Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Proven ability to perform Bank Reconciliations
Proficient in maintaining and managing General Ledger
Experience in creating and managing Journal Entries
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated experience in Month End Close procedures
Hands-on experience with NetSuite
Familiarity with Oracle financial software
Proficiency in using SAP for accounting processes
