Job Responsibility:

Manage payables, receivables, and bank reconciliations
Oversee job costing for developments and capital projects
Prepare financial reports for corporate and investment entities
Coordinate audits, taxes, and partner reporting
Maintain partner capital accounts and waterfall calculations
Review outsourced AP coding and assist with construction draws
Collaborate with construction and development teams

Requirements:

3+ years of accounting experience (real estate experience preferred)
Background in audit, tax, general ledger, or fund accounting
Experience with Yardi a plus
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
