This is an excellent immediate opportunity to join a growing organization and contribute to a high-performing accounting team. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting financial reporting, maintaining strong accounting practices, and helping drive process improvements within the accounting function.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
CPA license or active pursuit of certification strongly preferred
5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting environment
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting practices
Experience working with ERP systems
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, advanced lookup functions, and data analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential financial information
Proven ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement operational efficiencies

Nice to have:

Familiarity with platforms such as NetSuite is a plus
Exposure to expense management systems such as Concur is beneficial
Working knowledge of sales and use tax compliance preferred
