Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
Work closely with Finance Manager to implement financial policies and procedures
Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities
Postings in ERP as per Projects requirements
Monitoring & Management of MYDATA
Contribute in Financials Tax audits and assist resolve any issues
Assist to maintain accurate financial records and data
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Tax Compliance/ direct/indirect Tax
Cash flow preparation on periodical basis
Monitoring of Commercial Contracts and monitoring the cash outgo
Fund position/Day to day Activities
Receivables and payable monitoring
Preparation of various reports/ analysis as necessary to stakeholders

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting division
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of MS Office (excel, powerpoint)
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Economics or relevant field
Knowledge of ERP Systems
Strong Oral and written Greek & English Language

Nice to have:

Knowledge of ERP Systems
Softone will be considered as plus
