Job Responsibility

  • Check and post bills and credit notes in NetSuite
  • Assist with review of Expense Reports in NetSuite
  • Provide support to main stakeholders by communicating and resolving various queries
  • Evaluate and reconcile ledger and supplier accounts, reconcile balances with external suppliers and local statutory accounting
  • Perform AP balance sheet reconciliation
  • Execute EFT payment run, perform payment reconciliation
  • Support in bank reconciliations
  • Perform other periodical accounting procedures, e.g. accruals posting, month-end, year-end, audit support
  • Organize annual inventory as per statutory
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information is accurate and immediately available when needed
  • Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures and state regulations
  • Participate in monthly close process with clear tasks and deadlines

Requirements

  • Accounting background (US Gaap, RO Gaap)
  • Excellent organization abilities
  • Experience with Excel
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
  • Good understanding of accounting & taxes and financial reporting principles and practices
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software

Nice to have

  • Proven finance experience (preferably 3-5 years) as an accountant in IT sector
  • NetSuite ERP knowledge
