We are looking for a dedicated Senior Accountant to join our client's team in the Lansdale Pennsylvania area. In this permanent, onsite role, you will play a vital part in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and delivering accurate reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, detail-oriented individual with construction accounting expertise to contribute to a rapidly growing organization.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee month-end close processes and generate timely, accurate financial statements in collaboration with leadership
Compile and present key performance indicator reports to support strategic decision-making
Manage bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting to align with company goals
Supervise coordination with bookkeeping staff to ensure seamless handling of payables and receivables
Prepare and process journal entries to maintain accurate ledger accounts
Provide support to cross-functional teams and perform additional duties as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
At least 3 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in construction accounting with project cost tracking expertise
Strong proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
Familiarity with construction-related accounting practices such as AIA billing and cost-to-cost adjustments
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members
Nice to have:
Experience with NetSuite is a plus
