Robert Half is partnering with our client to identify a Senior Accountant to join their growing finance team at a well-established manufacturing company. This is a full-time, onsite role based in the south metro area and offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team in a stable, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibility:

Perform general accounting functions including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including billing, cash application, and collections
Monitor customer accounts and proactively resolve outstanding balances
Support financial reporting and analysis for manufacturing operations
Assist with internal controls, audits, and compliance requirements
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and leadership teams
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong experience with AR and collections, as well as general accounting
Solid understanding of GAAP and manufacturing accounting principles
Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work onsite full-time in the south metro area
