Our client is a leading organization in their industry, committed to excellence and continuous growth. They are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in financial reporting and analysis.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare and review complex journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly financial statements
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Support audit processes, both internal and external
Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
Identify process improvements and support implementation
Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to optimize accounting operations
Mentor junior accounting staff as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
3+ years accounting experience, including senior-level duties
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel
Strong technical accounting and analytical skills
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities
