Robert Half is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Accountant to join our Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) practice. This unique role offers the stability of full-time employment with the variety of project-based work across leading companies in the San Mateo and Palo Alto areas.

Job Responsibility:

Manage month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
4+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP
Advanced Excel skills
ERP system experience preferred
CPA or CPA candidate a plus
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
