Our Full-Time Engagement Professional Practice (FTEP) group is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across industries while contributing your expertise to complex accounting projects and driving success for our practice.

Job Responsibility:

Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities for various client engagements
Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements
Support audit processes and coordinate with client and external auditors as needed
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for client assignments
Mentor and review work of junior accounting professionals on client projects
Utilize industry-standard accounting software (such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft D365, QuickBooks, and PowerBI) for accurate reporting and analysis
Collaborate with diverse clients, adapting to a variety of accounting environments

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA certification preferred
Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally including public accounting or multi-client engagement
Advanced knowledge of financial reporting and accounting systems
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and client requirements
