We are seeking a skilled professional for a hybrid Senior Accountant role with strong FP&A responsibilities near Liberty Lake. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys financial modeling, analytical work, and delivering clear insights that support data‑driven decision‑making in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

Produce accurate financial reports, perform detailed analyses, and support agile forecasting cycles
Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity around financial priorities
Manage budget updates, reviews, and variance analyses to strengthen financial planning efforts
Present monthly and quarterly financial results with concise, actionable recommendations
Track investments, assist with headcount planning, and maintain spending transparency
Develop innovative analysis to support strategic and operational decision‑making
Reconcile and validate revenue inputs, gross margin data, R&D spend, and cost drivers for performance reviews
Use Power BI and internal reporting tools to ensure data consistency and reliability
Prepare charts, visuals, and presentations for leadership discussions
Support calculations and reconciliations for licensing, royalties, and partner‑program activities

Requirements:

Advanced financial modeling capability with strong accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to diverse stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent hands‑on experience
Familiarity with revenue recognition concepts, particularly related to software or licensing models
Experience in fast‑paced environments supporting cross‑functional financial processes
Proficiency with tools such as Power BI and ERP
Strong understanding of month‑end close procedures, journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger operations
