Robert Half Finance and Accounting and Kevin Sweet have partnered with a well-established 40+ year national advertising company headquartered in Fort Worth is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its growing finance team. This is a hybrid role offering excellent benefits, a collaborative culture, and the opportunity to work alongside an exceptional leadership team that values development and long-term success.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Partner cross-functionally with leadership and operations teams
Assist with audits and special projects as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of progressive accounting experience
Full-cycle accounting experience with month-end close and preparing financial statements
Revenue Recognition
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Advanced Excel skills
Large ERP experience is required
NetSuite is highly preferred
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills

Nice to have:

CPA or CPA-track is a plus
