Job Responsibility:
Assist accounting staff with daily activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Prepare and upload reports to financial platforms
Handle tax deposits, transfer requests, and manage voided transactions in accounting systems
Prepare annual reports for external auditors and support year-end tax reporting
Conduct monthly reconciliations and entries along with annual reconciliations
Provide support for internal audits, addressing inquiries related to monthly close reporting
Prepare schedules and documentation for external audits
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in a detail-oriented environment
Proficiency in month-end close procedures and financial reporting
Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and journal entries
Expertise in account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations
Ability to prepare accurate tax deposits and year-end tax reports
Experience with external audits
Skilled in handling reconciliations
Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate across departments
