Senior Accountant

• Invoice internal and external clients and validate input in the accounting system
• Review transactions and follow up on discrepancies
• Participate in the month-end close process
• Prepare month-end general ledger reconciliations and revenue recognition
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Organize and analyze financial data on labor, materials, and third-party equipment costs in projects
• Support the calculation of standard labor and overhead costs
• Assist with inventory management
• Document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Provide audit support by preparing documentation and explanations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Logistics, Sales, and Organizational Development
• Perform ad-hoc reporting and additional duties as required

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Working knowledge of tax laws and US GAAP
• Strong financial analysis skills with attention to accuracy
• Familiarity with JD Edwards or other robust ERP systems preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
