Our company is actively seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to join our finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate has strong analytical abilities, deep understanding of accounting principles, and proven experience handling advanced accounting functions.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare, review, and analyze complex general ledger accounts
Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Prepare and interpret financial statements for senior management
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis efforts
Oversee compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with auditors and facilitate audit processes
Mentor junior accounting staff and support professional development

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Several years of experience in a Senior Accountant or similar accounting role
Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft D365, Workday
Advanced knowledge of GAAP and accounting practices
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and leadership skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
