Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join their finance team and play a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial reporting and operational excellence. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to advance their career within a dynamic organization.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger activities, reconciliations, and journal entries
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Collaborate with internal teams on process improvements and compliance initiatives
Assist with audit preparation and support both internal and external audit requests
Mentor junior accounting staff and review their work for accuracy

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Proficiency in accounting software systems and Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
