Job Description

Role Purpose: To manage operational support for e-money settlement activities, partner settlements, wallet funding, and transactional treasury operations. Key Accountabilities: Process e-money settlements and partner funding transactions; Monitor settlement queues and operational liquidity; Support wallet-to-bank and bank-to-wallet operations; Ensure accurate settlement documentation and approvals; Escalate settlement failures and delays; Maintain settlement logs and operational controls; Support automation initiatives for settlement processing. Key Performance Indicators: Settlement turnaround time; Failed transaction rate; Operational accuracy rate; Settlement reconciliation completion.
