Randstad is exclusively partnering with a rapidly expanding, global data center developer with a growing footprint across Asia and Europe. As their business aggressively scales, their finance function is evolving alongside it. They are currently looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant to support operations across multiple international entities and jurisdictions. If you are looking to join a high-visibility, lean environment where you can gain broad regional exposure and contribute directly to the operational maturity of a fast-moving business, this is the perfect platform for you. This is a highly hands-on role focusing on full-set accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, and audit coordination. You will own the accounting process end-to-end, partnering with stakeholders across different countries and functions. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating independently while maintaining strict accuracy, compliance, and reporting discipline. This position is the perfect fit for Big 4 alumni or experienced MNC accounting professionals looking for broader regional ownership within a growing international business.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the month-end close activities for assigned regional entities, including journal entries, reconciliations, management reports, and detailed variance analysis
  • Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules
  • Ensure strict compliance with IFRS / US GAAP reporting requirements and internal accounting policies
  • Support complex multi-entity and multi-currency accounting activities across different countries
  • Coordinate seamlessly with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries across various jurisdictions to support corporate tax filings and statutory compliance
  • Perform thorough balance sheet reconciliations
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and strengthen internal controls and SOX compliance
  • Maintain accounting accuracy and reporting integrity within SAP S/4HANA
  • Support ad hoc finance projects, system enhancements, and regional finance initiatives

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance with an active professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, ICAEW, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5+ years of strong, hands-on experience in full-set accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close
  • Prior experience in a Big 4 audit firm or a Multinational Corporation (MNC) is highly preferred
  • Solid exposure to IFRS and/or US GAAP environments
  • Experience supporting audits, reconciliations, and statutory compliance
  • Working knowledge of SOX and internal controls
  • Experience using ERP systems, with SAP S/4HANA highly preferred

  • Multi-country accounting or regional finance exposure, with experience coordinating with overseas stakeholders
  • Exposure to high-growth, fast-scaling environments
