Job Responsibility

Oversee the day to day accounting as maintained by local accounting firms within various Baxter entities
Run Month, quarter and year End close processes for entities within scope
Ensure proper account reconciliations
Ensure USGAAP accounting compliance
Ensure statutory compliance of entities within scope including Statutory FS and Audit, Tax return and other Tax submissions
Support monthly/quarterly/annual close processes
Ensure adherence of processes to company's policies and procedures, internal and external audit requirements and local rules and regulations
support strengthening of financial processes and controls
Support local, regional, and global projects, as required
