Requirements

Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant professional experience
Proven experience in a multinational environment and/or audit
High knowledge of US and local GAAPs and tax matters
Excellent communication skills, diplomatic, flexible and “can do” mind-set
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Solution oriented person who seeks improvements and does not settle down for the status quo
Fluent in written and spoken English
Strong reporting tools including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting

Job Responsibility

Support the CoE Controller in: US GAAP, statutory and tax accounting and reporting for the entities in scope
ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of the reporting
Ensure adherence of processes to company's policies and procedures, internal and external audit requirements and local rules and regulations
support strengthening of financial processes and internal controls
Participation in balance sheet reviews
Support internal and external audit
Build and maintain strong relationships with other finance and non-finance teams, as well as external providers (including auditors), to ensure execution of end-to-end finance processes and improvement of process efficiency
Participate in resolution of accounting and tax issues
Participate in local, regional, and global projects, as required
Maintain focus on continuous process improvement
