Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and review statutory accounts for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships
  • Ensure compliance with UK GAAP, FRS 102, and Companies House filing requirements
  • Provide clients with strategic insights based on financial data
  • Supervise junior staff, delegate tasks, and review their work
  • Coach, mentor, and support team members in their professional development
  • Lead team meetings and foster a collaborative working culture

Requirements

  • AAT qualified minimum
  • ACA or ACCA qualifications are advantageous
  • Strong working knowledge of UK tax and accounting regulations
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and financial modelling
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach
