The scope of the role involves comprehensive management of accounting tasks, financial analysis, and project accounting within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage full-cycle accounting and financial reporting in Microsoft Business Central
  • Utilize BC’s Project Management module for revenue recognition, tracking, and analysis
  • Collaborate with project teams to provide financial insights, reporting, and forecasting
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Conduct variance analysis and recommend improvements
  • Oversee AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close
  • Ensure GAAP compliance and support audits, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Drive process improvements and best practices

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Financial Accounting with at least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Business Central (BC)
  • Expertise in project accounting, revenue recognition, and WIP schedules
  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
  • Experience in industrial/construction accounting preferred
  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
