Senior-level accounting skillset with strong technical foundation

Job Responsibility

Own and execute month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare and review monthly journal entries, including: Deferred revenue calculations, General ledger reconciliations and account analysis
Ensure completion of month-end checklists and supporting workpapers
Perform month-end expense reviews and variance analysis
Assist in preparation of lot-level income statements and financial reporting
Analyze and report on repo surplus and deficiencies
Support acquisition activity, including involvement in ~20-day acquisition cycles
Contribute to process improvements and provide operational/accounting insights
Assist with personal property tax filings and estimated tax payment preparation
Administer: Bank of America online P-card program, Visa prepaid program
