Senior Accountant – Operations Accounting

• Prepare and post monthly accruals, corrections, and adjustment journal entries in Oracle ERP
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and ensure accurate presentation of balances
• Analyze actual vs. budget/forecast variances and research discrepancies to validate financial activity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information on non-recurring transactions
• Assist in forecasting and analyzing project and departmental costs using Hyperion
• Lead monthly cash forecasting, including preparation of cash requests and draw documentation for Treasury
• Support special projects and provide financial insights to management as needed
• Maintain compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• CPA certification (active or in progress) required
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in corporate accounting, operations/project accounting, external audit, or budgeting/forecasting
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards and procedures
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP and Hyperion systems preferred
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
