Our client is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own growth with top tier North American operators in the interactive casino space. You will build strong client relationships, shape launches, and drive revenue by accelerating game launches, optimizing promotions, and positioning games across operator portfolios. The role offers remote, regional work, but you must be based in New Jersey or Las Vegas and be prepared for monthly travel to meet key customers. This role does not support relocation. Job Responsibility:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and internal teams to maximize revenue across the assigned base
Travel regularly to meet US Tier 1 customers, with monthly visits to key accounts
Develop account plans to meet, exceed revenue targets, and conduct business reviews to drive action
Lead onboarding of new operators, ensuring correct game packages, positioning, and promotions at launch
Use data and KPIs to guide decisions, improve site positioning of games, and craft marketing campaigns
Support contract renewals, negotiate terms, and monitor competitor activity to protect and grow wallet share
Requirements:
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and persuasive with a track record of implementing efficient processes
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with experience in the interactive casino field
Proven ability to hit financial targets and lead teams, with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable operating at multiple organizational levels
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and business acumen
