Job Responsibility:
Builds and maintains client relationships
Develops a deep understanding of client’s business, market environment, and audiences
Successfully builds and manages trust with multiple stakeholders, partners and clients

Able to support and steer a team in the development of a digital product vision and roadmap that aligns with client goals
Requirements:
Agency account management experience at a leading digital agency or similar organisation
Demonstrable experience working across diverse digital projects, including experience design (UX/UI), iterative design sprints, and web development
Some experience and interest collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and launch consumer-facing programs, such as loyalty platforms or other digital initiatives
Familiarity with generative AI tools and applications, and an understanding of their potential to enhance creative, strategic, and product development processes
Experience with global luxury and automotive brands preferred
A solid understanding of the end-to-end digital product development lifecycle, from discovery to launch and optimisation
Successful track record of building exceptional client relationships
Comfort and understanding of standard web development project terminology and processes
Strong presentation skills such as written, visual and verbal
Ability to structure strategic ideas into well-ordered and insightful keynote presentations
Knowledge of agile development methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) is highly desirable
Good judgement: provide guidance, analyse a situation and provide advice under pressure
Commercial acumen: a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
Business-level fluency in both German and English
Nice to have:
Experience with global luxury and automotive brands preferred
