Robert Half Marketing and Creative has a client looking for an experienced Sr Account Manager to join our in-house agency that supports the apartment complex management and operations industry. This Contract to permanent position is based in Denver, Colorado, and requires working onsite at least four days per week, with occasional local travel to properties and meetings. In this role, you will act as the primary connection between our creative team and key stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of marketing and communication initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate project requirements, develop clear briefs, and establish timelines for marketing campaigns, digital content, signage, and resident communications
Oversee project progress to ensure deadlines, budgets, and branding standards are consistently met
Lead meetings and presentations with stakeholders, providing updates, addressing challenges, and incorporating feedback to refine deliverables
Offer strategic marketing recommendations tailored to specific property needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends
Partner with designers, copywriters, and external vendors to deliver high-quality marketing materials that align with business objectives
Track and evaluate project outcomes, reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to marketing efforts and resident engagement
Travel locally to attend property tours, on-site meetings, and events to better understand project requirements and provide support
Ensure all marketing materials comply with company guidelines and industry regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
At least 2 years of experience in account management, project management, or marketing, ideally within real estate or property management
Proficient in using workflow and project management tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent communication skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships across teams and with stakeholders
Willingness to work onsite at least four days per week and travel locally as needed
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the Denver area
Nice to have:
