The Senior Account Manager is the cornerstone for developing and maintaining exemplary client relationships with clients and projects. This role is on the front lines of the business, with the responsibility to manage & execute on client strategy, goals, and results, as well as day-to-day deliverables, timelines, and budgets. The Account Manager works closely with Account Strategists and Project Managers to maintain a vision for new and improved results, innovations, and opportunities.
Job Responsibility
Execute client project initiatives that support client goals and have measurable outcomes (approximately 32 billable hours per week)
Develop a genuine understanding of each client's business, industry, and where they're headed
Lead complex marketing and web projects end-to-end
Act as a true extension of each client's marketing team
Work with internal teams to help define project scope, resource requirements and cost estimates for projects
Execute on the day-to-day implementation of strategies through effective project management
Work closely with the team and client to ensure strategies are aligned
Manage client relationships, meetings, and maintain up-to-date project statuses
Be the hub of communication for the project
Demonstrate great people management skills
Produce realistic timelines with clearly flagged milestones
Understand the workings and needs of the assigned account(s)
Manage 8-12 clients or approx. $1.2mil in client revenue & projects
Own client relationships
Drive forecasting, revenue & scoping

Requirements
4-5 years of experience in account management or account coordination in a marketing-related role
Excellent understanding of web technologies such as web, mobile, email, social media, PR, reporting platforms
Experience in using project management tools, budget/time tracking tools and issue tracking software
Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work
Experience in project management models such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum
Experience with Teamwork, HubSpot, Claude and WordPress preferred but not required
