Major Players are partnering with an innovative experiential media and technology agency, who are looking to hire a Senior Account Manager to join its fast-growing team in London. You will create large-scale immersive activations and cutting-edge digital experiences for some of the world’s most recognised brands, blending creative, technology and production to deliver high-impact campaigns. The successful candidate will take ownership of accounts, manage campaign development from concept through delivery, and work closely with creative and technical teams to bring ambitious ideas to life.
Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, creative agencies, and brand clients
Qualify client briefs and translate them into creative experiential proposals
Develop compelling presentations and decks that include innovative out-of-home and immersive campaign ideas
Work closely with internal creative, technical production, and delivery teams to develop campaign solutions
Lead the creative proposal and pitching process as part of the sales pipeline
Manage projects from initial concept through to handover to production teams
Handle fast-turnaround briefs and campaign opportunities
Identify new market opportunities and proactively develop new client relationships
Manage and grow key client accounts while delivering exceptional service
Host client meetings, workshops and presentations
Attend site visits, activations and occasional international projects
Requirements:
5+ years experience in events, experiential marketing, media, production or agency environments
Proven ability to manage agency and client relationships
Experience developing creative proposals or campaign presentations
Strong organisational and project management skills
Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and close opportunities
Confident communicator able to lead meetings and presentations
Ability to work in fast-moving environments with quick project turnaround
Nice to have:
Experience within experiential out-of-home (OOH) or immersive brand activations
Exposure to AV production, projection, LED, or interactive technologies
