Major Players are partnering with a leading, independent creative agency renowned for building reputations and delivering high-impact retail solutions, to hire a Senior Account Manager on a permanent basis. As the Senior Account Manager on a busy client account, you are responsible for managing day to day work; developing client relationships and successfully delivering a range of work on brief and within deadlines. You must be diligent, highly organised and able to work calmy under pressure.
Job Responsibility:
Take client briefs and plan project objectives, resource requirements and timelines
Be the main point of contact for clients and contribute to building a long-standing relationship
Drive projects through the agency and problem-solve to ensure the quality delivered to clients is always first-class
Communicate and translate client feedback to creative and client services teams to produce deliverables which meet the brief
Support and motivate the design team
Work closely with finance to manage budgets and project costs
Ensure systems, tracking and admin platforms are accurate and kept up to date regularly
Identify resource needs and communicate these appropriately
Have solid commercial acumen and seek new opportunities to extend the agency’s creative offerings
Requirements:
Previous experience working within a Design or Creative Agency within the account management/client services team
Proven experience working on design based projects across BTL, TTL or ATL. Ideally you will have in-store, POS/shopper experience, toolkits as well as branding projects
