Senior Account Manager

• Manage your portfolio of existing clients
• Build trust and establish excellent relationships with them
• Identify opportunities for growth (upsell, cross-sell)
• Negotiate and close expansion deals
• Grow aggressively the total MRR of your portfolio
• Work closely with our Customer Success team on identifying opportunities and maximizing your clients’ satisfaction

• Proved and consolidated 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS account management or customer success, with a proven track record managing an existing portfolio and driving revenue expansion
• You’ve sold to mid-sized organizations, where navigating multiple stakeholders and longer deal cycles is second nature
• Experience working with technical SaaS products, especially API-based solutions
• Strong business acumen with a consultative approach to sales
• You are both a skilled communicator and negotiator, able to articulate value and secure deals
• Native level in German and English is mandatory
• You have a builder mindset and are comfortable with evolutive processes
• You are optimistic, empathetic, and a collaborative team player
