Senior Account Manager

As a Non Residential Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal part of our Non Residential strategy. The role is broad and varied working with a number of internal and external stakeholders. The primary focus will be to maintain and nurture relationships, serving as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues that may arise by working closely with various internal stakeholders to deliver a high-quality level of service; identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services.
