Job Description:

The Vendor Management team within Marketing, Transformation and Delivery is responsible for the strategic sourcing, selection, onboarding, performance management, and relationship cultivation of all external vendors critical to the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with channel leads to develop and implement a comprehensive vendor strategy for marketing execution
Conduct market research to identify potential new vendors, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing vendor management
Participate in the vendor selection process, including RFI/RFP development, proposal evaluation, and capabilities assessments
Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and service level agreements
Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key vendor partners
Define, track, and report on key performance indicators and SLAs for all marketing vendors
Identify and address performance gaps ensuring corrective actions are taken
Manage the lifecycle of vendor contracts, including renewals, renegotiations, and terminations
Monitor vendor spend against budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
Assess and mitigate vendor-related risks
Optimize vendor management processes and champion best practices

Requirements:

7-10 years of marketing vendor management experience
Bachelor's Degree
