Come and join us as a customer focused and sales driven Senior Account Manager and be part of a hugely successful and friendly Non Residential team. You will play a pivotal part of our Non Residential strategy, working with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and nurture relationships, serving as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients.
Job Responsibility:
Develop key relationships with decision makers in mid-large contractors to influence sales development and retention
Facilitate and manage new and existing live orders
Act as key contact for the Customer
Ensure Company meets all obligations during product supply
Ensure quotations are submitted on time
Identify and secure further sales opportunities
Develop and implement strategy of continuous improvement
Build strong relationships across internal stakeholders
Identify specification and value engineering opportunities
Build customer, sector, market and industry knowledge
Utilise company I.T and CRM systems to manage pipeline
Requirements:
Previous experience of working within key account management
Sanitaryware sector experience
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Solid range of Account Management/Customer Service skills
Strong influencing and negotiating skills
