Job Description:

As a Sr Account Manager, you will serve as the primary contact for clients within their group retiree line of business. As a seasoned healthcare sales professional, you will use your years of expertise to develop relationships internally and externally, grow our business through retention, and offer cost saving solutions to existing clients.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as the primary contact for clients within their group retiree line of business
Develop relationships internally and externally
Grow business through retention
Offer cost saving solutions to existing clients
Manage large complex Government clients with group retiree benefits
Develop service strategies to ensure retention of members
Achieve individual cross sell, growth/retention targets and customer satisfaction levels
Create collaborative partnerships to develop comprehensive strategy for assigned book of business
Execute tactical components of the account team's business plan
Develop and manage service plans proactively
Lead and mentor account managers to resolve issues

Requirements:

5-10+ years sales and/or employer group account management experience in the medical insurance and/or pharmacy industry
Experience Developing Relationships
Life and Health license for resident state or must pass exam with 90 days of hire
5-10+ years of Medicare experience preferred
Travel Required between 25-50%
Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience is required
