This is a pivotal role focused on contract visibility, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. You will lead and support site teams, ensuring they feel valued, confident, and set up for success, while maintaining consistently high service standards. You’ll act as a key ambassador for the business, building strong relationships with high-profile clients.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver best-in-class service through structured operational processes and documented procedures
Manage contract performance, including improvements for underperforming (RED-rated) accounts
Build strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally
Develop and oversee Management Information (MI) to monitor service delivery
Act as a brand ambassador in client meetings, industry events, and networking forums
Drive contract retention and identify growth opportunities within accounts
Continuously review innovation, productivity, and performance improvement initiatives
Maintain full visibility of contract processes throughout the lifecycle
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in a similar senior account management role
