Job Responsibility:
Translate client business goals into clear, measurable digital strategies
Own performance against KPIs, ensuring targets are met consistently across accounts
Lead and support Strategic Account Managers, helping them deliver best-in-class client outcomes
Analyse performance data and turn insight into actionable, commercial recommendations
Create strategic digital roadmaps that secure senior stakeholder buy-in
Act as a trusted senior partner to clients, strengthening long-term relationships
Collaborate closely with internal specialists to ensure strategy and execution align
Requirements:
Proven experience managing client accounts within a digital agency environment
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and performance metrics
Confident presenting strategy, insight and recommendations to clients
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Solid understanding of SEO, paid media and cross-channel digital performance
Interest in innovation, automation or AI-enabled ways of working
Exposure to international clients or global accounts
