Arrive is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our West Coast team. This high-impact, senior-level position focuses on managing a portfolio of strategic key accounts across major metropolitan hubs. Reporting to the GTM Regional Director, you will act as a trusted advisor and resident expert for our most significant municipal partners. Your core purpose is to cultivate deep, long-term relationships that ensure operational excellence and high retention. This role offers a unique opportunity to have a measurable impact on urban mobility while eventually serving as a team lead to mentor and support more junior account managers within the region.
Job Responsibility:
Key Account Leadership: Direct the post-implementation lifecycle key strategic West Coast accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and contract renewals
Strategic Partnership: Serve as a consultative lead for municipal stakeholders, aligning Arrive’s technology with their complex operational goals
Portfolio Growth: Proactively identify and close expansion opportunities within your existing book of business to maintain a healthy growth pipeline
Collaborative Mentorship: Act as a team lead to support the professional development of other account managers, sharing best practices for navigating sensitive client environments
Cross-Functional Liaison: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to troubleshoot challenges and provide responsive support for account-specific requirements
Operational Excellence: Analyze account data to develop strategies that optimize parking programs, increase user engagement, and drive parking excellence for our partners
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or strategic relationship management
Direct experience in the parking, transportation, or mobility sectors is required
Proven track record of managing Key Accounts with high-touch requirements and complex contract structures
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed retention and growth quotas within an existing book of business
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage high-priority projects across a diverse geographic portfolio
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Ability to travel approximately 25% across the West Coast to engage with clients on-site
