The Senior Account Manager plays a vital role in the successful running of client accounts by providing strong leadership in campaign delivery and client servicing. They will be a master of project management and stakeholder communication, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met and expectations with clients and internal teams are effectively managed. They will act as a trusted representative of account management in all aspects, from day-to-day execution through to strategic planning. The Senior Account Manager will deliver projects with precision and professionalism, while fostering long-term client relationships and developing best practices across their accounts.
Job Responsibility:
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for key clients, building strong, long-term partnerships. Understand client goals and proactively provide strategic guidance to deliver value and growth opportunities
Project & Account Leadership: Oversee a portfolio of client projects, ensuring seamless delivery that meets both client expectations and company standards. Drive efficiency and consistency across all accounts
Team Collaboration & Development: Work closely with producers, creatives, and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions. Foster a culture of collaboration, support, and knowledge-sharing within the team
Business & Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability of accounts. Support new business development, including proposals, scoping, and pitching
Strategic Growth & Innovation: Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to shaping client strategies. Champion best practices and innovative approaches to enhance client satisfaction and outcomes
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in account management within advertising, creative production, or marketing
Proven track record of managing complex, multi-market campaigns from briefing to delivery
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships
Experience collaborating with creative, production, and strategic teams in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Previous experience working in a global agency or with multinational clients is highly desirable
