We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and team-motivated Senior Account Manager to join our Schoolwear division. As a Senior Account Manager, you will confidently manage school accounts in alignment with company directives and KPIs, collaborating closely with Account Managers, Stores, and Head Office teams. In this role you will be based at our state office in Loganholme and travel to meet with schools, and attend conferences and events to continue to build and strengthen relationships within your network across Queensland. Please note that this position could be based outside of Brisbane. This would be discussed during the recruitment process.
Job Responsibility:
Work in collaboration with the Account Managers to service the needs of the schools and stores
Meet with schools and procurement branches face-to-face
Manage and draft new contracts
Research and build new relationships with schools
Attend conferences and functions to network and establish new leads
Maintain a high level of communication with stores, Account Managers, Area Managers, and State Managers
Help maintain and keep CRM database up to date
Requirements:
Full unrestricted Australian working rights
Proven ability to achieve KPI’s

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Great Time Management
Self-motivated and computer literate
Strong attention to detail and highly organised
Understanding and interest in the Schoolwear industry
Australian Drivers Licence
